• If order is cancelled within 2 hours of order placement, the customer is entitled for a full refund.
• For uncustomised articles (e.g. loose gemstones), if order is cancelled after 2 hours of order placement and until the item is shipped, a 10% handling fees shall be deducted.
• For customised articles (e.g. customised beads & jewellery), if order is cancelled after 2 hours of order placement and until the item is shipped, a 30% 'damage-risk & handling fees' shall be deducted.
• For uncustomised articles (e.g. loose gemstones), if order is cancelled after shipping and before delivery, a 30% handling fees and shipping charges shall be deducted.
• For customised articles (e.g. customised beads & jewellery), if order is cancelled after shipping and before delivery, a 50% 'damage-risk & handling fees' and shipping charges shall be deducted.

• Refunds are processed within 7 working days from the date we receive the request for cancellation.
• Depending on your bank or credit card company, refunds may take an additional 3–7 business days to reflect.
